2nd Global Forum on Business Incubation: Empowering Economies through ICT-enabled Innovation and Entrepreneurship. November 6-10, 2006.

Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and the World Bank (under the InfoDev Programme) along with FICCI is organising the “2nd Global Forum on Business Incubation: Empowering Economies through ICT-enabled Innovation and Entrepreneurship” in India at Hyderabad from 6th to 10th November 2006.

This forum provides an opportunity to exchange knowledge and ideas on how the combination of information and communication technologies (ICT), innovation and entrepreneurship can drive competitiveness and wealth creation in developing country economies.
Within the Forum the break-out sessions of the East Europe-Central Asia region (ECA) take place aimed at development of information-communication network of business incubators and innpovation centers of the ECA region.
